 GENERAL 1 Which art college did you attend? -                                  Art college affordability was not available to me in my younger days.  2 Are you a self taught artist? -          Yes via a good dose of my Fathers Artistic Genes. 3 Which mediums do you paint with?  -           Mostly Acrylics & Oils 4 What themes do you prefer? -                      I have a fairly wide appreciation of different themes. 5 Are you British or -                                                      Yes, more so SCOTTISH to be exact. 6 Can I copy & paste your images for my own use –                      Definitely not, all are copyright protected.    7            Is a certificate of authenticity provided? -                 YES, all come with an ARTMOI.COM certificate of authenticity & all are provided with a recorded Provenance ID number                                                                                                                                   signed by the artist (MYSELF) adhered to back of painting & signed on the front of painting and on reverse of painting. 8 The work I wanted is no longer available, can I commission a similar work?-           Yes I accept commissions so please get in touch if the work you love is no longer available! 9 Are all the works on tomdeasart available for purchase? -        Yes & Not always, sometimes they have already been sold just prior to your enquiry If the work has been sold, this is indicated on the                  artwork page. If you are unable to find another work that you love, do not hesitate to get in touch as we may be able to suggest other works that are not online yet, or as above, I accept commissions! 10 I want to give art as a present but I don't know what to choose. What can I do? -       give them a Gift Card for an amount of your choice. With each gift card, we offer personalised advice, to help                  them choose an artwork they'll love.                                                                                         11 How can I check the size of the artwork? -     Dimensions of work are specified on the artwork page under each painting. Further questions? Please get in touch.                                                                                                                                                    12 Is the image on the site an accurate representation of the artwork? -         The image is an accurate depiction of the artwork, but it has no contract value. If the artwork you ordered is not what               you  expected, we are incredibly sorry. You have14 days to return the work after its delivery. Our customers often tell us that the work that they bought is even more beautiful in real life!  FRAMING 13 Are all original paintings framed? -        My original paintings are priced as unframed, reason being that many people would prefer to choose a frame to suit their own décor etc. in their own home,                  and do not want to pay for a frame they do not want, and would have to replace. 14 Are prints in frames or not? –                Prints are priced & supplied without a frame. 15 Are heraldic crests etc. framed?–          Yes they are supplied with one classic style that suits the subject, as seen in images within website. 16 Is framing available for all works? -       Yes. However all original paintings are priced unframed, Sometimes the artist has already chosen a frame for an exhibition which would be inclusive of the               price listed,  tomdeasart offers framing at extra cost, and you will be charged the relevant cost in addition to the painting. Note if your own décor etc. is such that you require to have it framed at your               local framer with a much larger choice, where you can see exactly if it suits, that is the best action.    ORIGINAL PAINTINGS 17 Can your original paintings be seen in your studio?–       yes by appointment only. 18 Do you have more originals and prints not featured on your website? -       All originals available will be on my website normally as and when ready, there may be from time to time a number of                digital created prints available but not on the website, please enquire.  PRIINTS 19 Are prints that of your original paintings?-          No, current prints available are all digital creations. Once an original has been sold it will be posted as available as a print.  HERALDRY/GENEALOGY 20 What else can you provide in the heraldic section other than what is seen?–            The existing choice within the Heraldic section normally satisfies most requirements, personalised to your own                requirements, bespoke service is available to individual request from database of thousands of Images, Borders, Backgrounds, satisfaction guaranteed. 21  Can I choose any border for my crest/history? –          yes within the limits of my extensive library.  PAYMENT 22 What payment method do you accept? –      All Credit or Debit cards through PayPal, PayPal has a very high level of security, customer privacy and protection, all transactions are performed over                maximum security SSL encryption and your card/bank details are not stored or made available to us in any way. CHEQUES will be accepted, Cheques should be in Sterling and made payable to                tomdeasart. Your order will be dispatched once the cheque has cleared funds and that you have been notified that your order has been accepted. 23 How do I buy art on tomdeasart? -       To buy an artwork, click the yellow button "Add to Cart" found below each painting on all artwork pages. You will be redirected to your Cart (payment page on                   PayPal.) click on'Proceed', you will be asked for your details to organise delivery, then ask you to choose your method of payment (card, PayPal etc.) Once payment has been processed, you will                receive confirmation from our payment processor PayPal. you will be sent an email receipt from PayPal right away to confirm that your payment has been received. 24 What are the accepted methods of payment?-     All credit and debit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express etc.) via Paypal .                                                                                                                           25 What happens once the payment has been processed? -       Once payment has been processed, the artwork is reserved for you We will call or email you right away to confirm availability and                delivery times (delivery takes approximately 7-10 days,) Together we will arrange the best day for delivery to the address you provided. 26 When will my credit card be charged? -          At completion of your order in PayPal, instantly a receipt from PayPal will be emailed to you. 27 Can I pay in installments? -                               Of course! PayPal have such a service, arranged through them. Contact us to find out more. 28 Can I cancel my order? -      Yes, Before the work has been shipped, you can cancel your order by email. Once it's been shipped, the cancellation period begins 14 days after delivery. If the work                has been shipped, we will only refund you once the work has been returned in its original undamaged condition. Goods must be returned in the original condition and shipped at your cost.  SHIPPING & DELIVERY 29 How are the artworks packaged? -              The works are packaged by the myself and follow a standardised packaging process. Care is taken to make sure the work is properly protected. 30 How long does delivery take? -      After payment has been processed, delivery takes 7 to 10 days on average, which leaves time for packaging and shipping. This may vary depending on the artist's                availability, potential framing of a work and the distance between the artist's studio and your home. Whatever happens, we will keep you updated. 31 Who takes care of the delivery? -       Depending on the destination and the size of the work, we use delivery companies such as DHL, Parcel Force or specialist art delivery companies.  Orders within                60 miles of our studio may be delivered by myself with customer agreement.                                                                                                        32 Which countries do you deliver to? -      We deliver everywhere, or in any case all countries that our delivery companies operate in! Any concerns? Do not hesitate to contact us, as we will be able to                find a solution for delivery.                                         33 How much does shipping cost? -         Shipping costs are included in the price, regardless of destination. No extra charge with tomdeasart          34 Is the delivery of the artwork insured? -           Absolutely! tomdeasart organises and insures the transport of the artwork. You have nothing to worry about and there are no hidden costs. 35 If I buy several artworks, will they be delivered at the same time? -          Each work is shipped by tomdeasart. They are usually delivered at the same time (under normal circumstances).                                                                                                                                                      36 Can I get artworks delivered to a different country or to a different person? -     We deliver to the address you gave on your order. Generally we set the delivery date with the person who will                receive  the work and whose name you gave. If it's a surprise or a present, let us know!             RETURNS                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      37 Our goal is of course to make sure that you have the best experience with tomdeasart, but we never know what might happen.  Here are a few possibilities: 38 I've changed my mind or I don't like the artwork any more... What can I do? -         That's a shame, but it happens! You have 14 days after delivery of the work to let us know. You will be refunded               once the artwork has been returned to tomdeasart studio in the same condition as received. In the case of returns after cancellation, you are responsible for packaging the work & Goods must be                             returned in the original condition and shipped at your cost. - Except for delivery damaged goods where cost will be paid by tomdeasart 39 The artwork was damaged when it arrived. What should I do? -           First point out to delivery agent, that work shows damage in packaging and ensure that you sign as “received damaged,”               opening package first for inspection in front of delivery agent to check if damage has affected the painting. Contact us as soon as you notice the damage. Take photos to show us the current state of               the work and we will make a decision together. According to the extent of the damage, we can either repair the work, or you can return it and you will be refunded. tomdeasart covers the costs of               repair and transport in case of damage during delivery.  40        How does the refund work? -           You will be refunded back to the same method you used for payment at time of order after the work has been returned to tomdeasart.
